*These forms are the property of SPLAT Studio™ for the exclusive use of our Customers.  These documents may not be duplicated or altered in any way for use in any other business without the express written consent of SPLAT Studio™.

Cancellation Policy:  SPLAT Studio™ reserves the right to cancel classes two days before the class start date.  At that time, the participant will receive a full refund.  Cash refunds are not available in the event participant is unable to attend a class.

Snow Policy:  If the Palmyra School District releases early or is closed for the day, SPLAT™ classes will be re-scheduled and family members will be notified.
